So, this is actually take 3. I tried doing it a little bit earlier, and then I realized that I didn't actually have the pictures out there. So, I just wanted to do a business spotlight of you know just places, like what might be a good place to eat, you know. Just kind of want to start being able to start doing something like this.
You know, put some content out there, and what not. And just be honest, you know, give you guys my honest to God opinion, because I like to be an honest, honest Abe right, that’s not my name but anyways my name is Luciano, ah, just kidding, on this episode, this guy was a dumbass, I'm just kidding. Hahaha, uh No.
So, one of the things that you know, one of, one of the, one of the businesses that I want to go ahead, and spotlight is a place that I've been going to since I was in high school. You know, I graduated from high school, and back in 2008, and you know went to La Joya high school puro coyote baby. Anyways, “este”, so I've been going to this place since I was basically very, very young.
You know a little bit prior to high school as well. You know and I'll tell you guys a little bit of this video might be a little bit too long. But a good, a good place, and I don’t want to make this video too long but it's going to be long.
Alright, so I grew up you know from what is Cerralvo, and here La Joya right? So, this is a place that we used to eat at all the time over there in Cerralvo, Taqueria Lety’s. Anyways that's beside the point, you're not going to go to Cerralvo, unless you all really want to, and I haven't been, and I don't even know if Taqueria Lety’s is there anymore.
I'm sure my parents will know the answer to that. Anyways moving forward. A good spot is Taqueria Mary's. Alright, it’s off of 5 line
And La Homa. It's probably the spot that I go to, to go get tacos whether it's you know, after a good night at Hillbillies, or just I feel like eating tacos. You guys think it's Taco Tuesday; Taco Tuesday any day right? So, today is Monday Tomorrow is Tuesday.
I'm recording this video for Tuesday, I’m just going to put (schedule) it for, in the future. But anyways it's a great place to go to. I, it's my preferred location for tacos.
It's where I'm going to go get tacos from right. So, I definitely give it a five-star review. It's had some really good, you know, it's my it's my favorite place to go.
I love the way that I do it because I'm a big boy. I get my “orden de tacos arena” for taquitos. Sometimes I get two of those and a papa; sometimes I get an “orden, a sinchronizada, and a papa” and if you guys don't what a “sincronizada” is, just know it’s just a big taco, like a taco “pirate” but like, bigger.
And it's, it's, it's just kind of like my preference. You know, this is where I'm going to go and eat some tacos. The second place…
Oh by the way I don't know, I have pictures up here, this is, like I said 5 mile line, five-star review.
If you want to go out there check it out. You know, I just want to spotlight them. You know, I've been going to them since I was high school right.
And the other place that I like to show you guys, is this right here. “Antojitos Mexicanos” now this particular picture is the one here on the expressway and Shary, it’s around that location. That's kind of like my second go to place. And I got introduced to that place by my wife.
You know, she likes to get some “flautas” from there, and she loves them! And I actually really liked them as well, some “flautas” there, some chicken “flautas” and I can’t remember the name of the other kind of “flautas” but they're really good. They're really crunchy, crunchy.
So, what I normally get there is an “orden de tacos” and a “papa” but the, I think my now, my, my, my new go to there, is getting an “orden de arena” with some “flautas” and a “papa”. Again like I said I'm a big boy so I can really eat you know, try not to eat that every day, obviously, it’s not taco Tuesday every day. I am trying to cut down a little bit, and lost about 10 pounds, just in case you guys want to know, but that's a really good spot. So, like that's kind of like my alternative, like if I don't want to drive all the way to five mile line la homa I come to this one right here, let's go down to “Antojitos Mexicanos” is a good spot. Great alternative.
I also give it a five-star review just you know it's just my opinion, I'm sorry, it’s what I believe in. But like if you guys are interested in, you know, trying those two spots, definitely out and try those two spots I just wanted to spotlight these, these two places.
I just kind of want to try a few different things you know, bring more awareness to different parts of, of , of the area you know.
On another note if you guys go north, and I'm just kidding different story, “on this episode”.
